Cookie Policy

How we use cookies

Effective Date:
Last Updated:

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies we use on intellikon.ai and studio.intellikon.ai, what they do, and how you can control them. We use only cookies that are strictly necessary — no advertising, no tracking, no third-party profiling.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow a site to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, stay secure, and understand how it is being used.

Our Approach

We use only cookies that are strictly necessary to deliver our services.

We do not use advertising cookies, marketing cookies, or cross-site tracking technologies, and we do not sell or share information about your browsing to third parties.

Because every cookie we set is strictly necessary, we do not currently operate a cookie consent banner. Under the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and the EU ePrivacy Directive, consent is not required for cookies that are essential to provide a service the user has requested. If we later introduce cookies that do require consent, we will deploy a banner that blocks them until you opt in, and this policy will be updated before that happens.

All of these are first-party cookies set by Intellikon AI. They are marked HttpOnly, which means they cannot be read by scripts running in your browser, and SameSite=Lax, which prevents them being sent from other websites. They contain no advertising identifiers and are not shared with third parties.

Website Analytics

Our website uses Framer's built-in analytics. Framer does not set cookies and does not create persistent identifiers. It counts visits by hashing your IP address and browser user agent against a secret that rotates and is deleted every day, which means visitors cannot be recognised across days or linked to an individual.

Managing Cookies

Your browser lets you block or delete cookies. Blocking the cookies listed above will prevent you from signing in to Intellikon AI Studio, as the platform cannot maintain a session without them.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy as our services change. Updates are published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
